EWaste Prime was selected through competitive tender to provide certified IT asset disposal services for a Bangladesh government ministry undertaking a nationwide hardware refresh. The engagement required compliance with Government of Bangladesh procurement regulations, Department of Environment (DoE) e-waste management requirements, and ISO 27001 standards.
The scope covered 2,400 desktop computers, 180 servers, and 350 network devices across the ministry's central offices and 8 divisional offices. All assets were inventoried against the government asset register, with reconciliation reports provided to the Accounts and Finance department.
NIST 800-88 Purge and Destroy methods were applied to all storage media, with individual Certificates of Destruction issued per device serial number for submission to the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General. On-site witnessed destruction was provided at the ministry's central facility, with two senior officials signing the destruction witness records.
EWaste Prime delivered a full government audit-ready compliance file including chain-of-custody documentation, DoE-compliant waste manifests, material recovery certificates, and a summary report formatted for Parliamentary Standing Committee submission.
