EWaste Prime managed the complete IT asset disposal and hazardous materials extraction programme for a multinational engineering firm consolidating its Dhaka regional office. The scope covered 600 workstations, 45 servers, 120 monitors including legacy CRT units, 80 network devices, and 200 mobile devices.
CRT monitors required specialist handling for the extraction of lead and cadmium from glass panels, performed by EWaste Prime's certified hazardous materials team under full PPE protocols and documented waste manifests. All lead-containing glass was processed through licensed hazardous waste channels with full Basel Convention compliance.
The client's multinational parent required documentation aligned with EU WEEE Directive standards and the R2v3 certification framework for inclusion in European corporate sustainability reports. EWaste Prime provided a complete compliance package including material flow documentation, downstream vendor certification evidence, and a formal SDG contribution statement.
The entire engagement was completed within three weeks, meeting the client's office closure deadline with zero compliance incidents.
