Welcome to EWaste Prime — Bangladesh's leading certified electronic waste recycling and IT asset disposal company. By accessing our website at www.ewasteprime.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

These Terms and Conditions govern all e-waste recycling services, IT asset disposal engagements, secure data destruction operations, corporate pickup arrangements, and online interactions provided by EWaste Prime.

 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 

By using EWaste Prime's website, requesting a service quotation, scheduling a collection, or engaging any of our certified e-waste recycling or IT asset disposal services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

 

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, government institution, or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

 

EWaste Prime provides the following certified services across Bangladesh:

 

— Certified electronic waste (e-waste) collection and recycling

— Secure IT asset disposal (ITAD) for corporations, institutions, and individuals

— NIST 800-88 compliant data erasure and physical media destruction

— Certificate of Destruction (CoD) issuance for all processed assets

— Refurbishing and resale of functional electronic devices

— Corporate and institutional pickup scheduling and logistics

— Environmental compliance reporting and chain-of-custody documentation

— Eco-responsible processing and recovery of rare earth materials

 

All services are performed in accordance with applicable Bangladesh environmental regulations and international standards including ISO 27001, ISO 14001, R2v3, and e-Stewards certification frameworks.

 

3. ASSET SUBMISSION AND OWNERSHIP

 

By submitting electronic assets to EWaste Prime for recycling or disposal, you confirm and warrant that:

 

(a) You are the legal owner of all submitted assets, or have been explicitly authorised by the legal owner to dispose of them.

 

(b) All assets submitted are free from any outstanding financial encumbrances, liens, or legal disputes.

 

(c) You have removed all personal, confidential, or proprietary data from submitted devices to the best of your ability, and that EWaste Prime's data destruction services are engaged as an additional security measure.

 

(d) The submitted assets comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

 

EWaste Prime accepts no liability for assets submitted in violation of these conditions.

4. DATA DESTRUCTION AND SECURITY

 

EWaste Prime applies NIST 800-88 compliant data sanitisation procedures to all storage media. Where physical destruction is required, certified shredding is performed to DoD standards.

 

Upon completion of data destruction, a Certificate of Destruction (CoD) is issued detailing the assets processed, the destruction method applied, and the date of completion. This Certificate serves as legally recognised documentation for corporate audit, regulatory compliance, and ISO 27001 purposes.

 

EWaste Prime cannot guarantee the recovery or restoration of any data following the destruction process. Clients acknowledge that the data destruction service is irreversible.

 

 

5. CHAIN OF CUSTODY

 

All assets received by EWaste Prime are subject to a documented chain of custody process from point of collection to final processing. This documentation is available to clients upon request and is included in all compliance reporting packages.

 

 

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

 

Service pricing is provided by quotation based on asset type, volume, and service requirements. Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Payment terms are as follows:

 

— Individual and small business clients: Payment due upon service completion.

— Corporate and institutional clients: Payment terms as specified in the formal service agreement or purchase order.

— Government clients: Payment terms subject to applicable procurement regulations.

 

EWaste Prime reserves the right to adjust pricing for services not covered within the original quotation scope.

 

 

7. COLLECTION AND LOGISTICS

 

Corporate and institutional pickup services are subject to prior scheduling and confirmation. EWaste Prime will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed collection times. In the event of unavoidable delays, clients will be notified as soon as practicable.

 

Clients are responsible for ensuring that assets are appropriately packaged and accessible at the agreed collection point. EWaste Prime accepts no liability for damage to assets occurring prior to or during client-side preparation.

 

 

 

8. ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE

 

EWaste Prime processes all electronic waste in accordance with Bangladesh environmental regulations and partners exclusively with recyclers holding R2v3, e-Stewards, or ISO 14001 certifications. We do not export electronic waste to countries where informal processing may harm workers or the environment.

 

EWaste Prime is committed to zero landfill disposal of all collected electronic waste.

 

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EWaste Prime shall not be liable for:

 

(a) Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

(b) Loss of data that was not successfully backed up prior to device submission.

(c) Delays in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

(d) Any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client at the time of service engagement.

 

EWaste Prime's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content on www.ewasteprime.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the exclusive property of EWaste Prime and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

 

 

11. PRIVACY

 

Your use of EWaste Prime's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

 

12. AMENDMENTS

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
