The logistics function is responsible for maintaining chain-of-custody integrity from point of collection to processing facility — ensuring every asset is tracked, secured, and processed without break in documentation.

GPS-tracked collection vehicles, tamper-evident packaging, and real-time asset scanning are among the operational tools managed through this function. Coordination of corporate bulk pickups, institutional scheduled collections, and individual drop-off programmes is executed with a focus on reliability, security, and client satisfaction.
